Took a job in Houston recently and currently do not want to leave my roomates in a bind. I am currently paying the rent but am offering to pay the current and last months rent to whomever can take my place. The lease is up April 30,xxxx and the part of rent owed is $410/Month. Its a 3 bed room house located in leander, nice neighborhood but leander middle school. If someone is interested in the offer, the current people living there are two other guys ages 23-24.
